About Ministry Brands
Our purpose is to help organisations make a positive impact on the world. We build software used by over 90,000 organisations globally - covering people management, digital giving, communications, event planning, and more. It's a broad and genuinely interesting problem space, and we've been at it for over 40 years.
Our Galway office opened in May 2023 as our international R&D hub, bringing together a cross-functional team of over 40 people across engineering, product, UX, and HR. We have ambitious growth plans, and as an early member of the Galway team, you'll have real influence on how we grow. If you want to work at real scale on software that matters, we'd love to talk.
About the Role
We're looking for a talented senior full stack developer to join our growing engineering team. You'll be working on Amplify, our core platform that brings together our suite of products in one unified experience - a technically interesting challenge at real scale.
You'll lead technical initiatives, work across a broad range of third-party integrations, and raise the bar on the quality and craft of everything we ship. We move fast, hold high standards, and care deeply about building things well. Whether you're a strong mid-level engineer ready for the next step or an experienced senior, if you're driven and talented, we want to hear from you.
