About the Role:
As a CBRE Space Planner, you will work with client teams for all non-project-related inquiries throughout the space planning process.

This job is part of the Moves, Additions and Changes function. They are responsible for building space design, construction, and moving services.
Duties
  • Space/Occupancy/Moves & Changes planning on client Campus in Dublin core focus.
  • Space management of client campuses
  • Reporting to client for Space planning on ongoing issues and updates on status of buildings and floors.
  • Prioritising multiple customer requests to coordinate effective and supportive responses in a fast paced environment.
  • Facilitating and managing building moves/reshuffles with teams on site
  • Managing moves and changes - attending meeting and coordinating people/furniture moves with our supplier
  • Interacting with Health and Safety for managing logbooks -
  • Uploading Quotes
  • Uploading signed permits
  • Uploading signed rams
  • Managing weekly/Monthly ongoing tasks
  • New starters form
  • Emea Ops Tracker
  • Dedicated Spaces
  • Export all seated people and allocation blocks
  • Floorplans
  • Supporting the client and their teams while also engaging and managing various contractors to ensure meeting project completion dates.
  • Attending team meetings to coordinate weekly priorities and discuss current & upcoming projects.
  • Working with various stakeholders gathering team logistics on occupancy and effectively planning and implementing optimum space allocations to meet their requirements.
  • AutoCAD updates on floorplans
  • Coordinating with Ops team, cleaning, security and catering to ensure all teams collaborate and communicate effectively.
  • Analysing business processes to identify key opportunities for improvement
  • Managing quotes from suppliers and identifying cost savings initiatives
KPIs
  • Walk multiple assigned buildings on a recurring schedule to maintain floor plans for accuracy
  • Update moves/floorwalk tracker(
  • Updating tickets within 4 hours - Resolving in 48 hours
What you will neeed
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
  • Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
