The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Key Account Manager to take ownership of a dynamic Health & Beauty portfolio. This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional who thrives on building strong customer relationships, delivering growth, and executing high-impact sales strategies.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams including Brand, Trade Marketing, and Business Development to bring customer plans to life and maximise performance across key retail and convenience accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans across a portfolio of key Health & Beauty customers
  • Drive distribution growth through targeted expansion and relationship development
  • Deliver on revenue, forecast, and budget targets
  • Manage pricing, promotions, and trade spend to optimise profitability
  • Build and execute Joint Business Plans with major retail partners
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design impactful promotional and activation plans
  • Analyse sales data and market insights to identify opportunities and improve performance
  • Ensure accurate and timely sales forecasting at SKU level
  • Lead by example-supporting and mentoring team members where required

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in key account management within retail, FMCG, or wholesale
  • Strong commercial acumen with a results-driven mindset
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to analyse complex data and translate it into actionable strategies
  • Highly organised with strong planning and execution skills
  • Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working on your own initiative
  • Degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • High level of proficiency in MS Office and general IT systems
