Job Description Social Care Worker - Limerick City Centre TTM Healthcare Solutions are partnering with a progressive service provider to recruit an Aftercare Support Worker for a unique residential setting in Limerick City. Location: Limerick City Centre Service Overview: Preparation for Leaving Care service Supporting young people transitioning toward independent living Comprises 4 self-contained apartments On-site staff team providing structured guidance and support This service focuses on equipping young people with the skills and confidence needed for adulthood, including independent living and personal development. Working Pattern: 12-hour shifts Rotational roster including weekends, evenings, and public holidays Why Choose TTM?
