Clerical Officer Grade III

Job Description TTM Healthcare are proud to partner with our client in the public sector to recruit for a temporary Grade III Clerical Officer in Kilkenny. Position: Grade III Clerical Officer Hours: Full time, Mon-Fri, 9-5 (35 hours a week) Pay: 17.31 - 26.79 per hour depending on previous relevant public sector experience Contract: Temporary month to month rolling contract Immediate Start Key Responsibilities Provide professional front office reception and customer service support Act as a first point of contact for visitors, staff and telephone queries Provide general clerical and administrative support to the department Maintain and update reports, records, spreadsheets and databases accurately Support business support functions and day-to-day office operations Prepare documentation, correspondence and filing in line with procedures Schedule meetings and assist with diary coordination where required Take meeting minutes and distribute notes as appropriate Handle incoming emails, phone calls and administrative queries efficiently Ensure accuracy, confidentiality and attention to detail in all work completed Work collaboratively as part of a team to meet departmental requirements Undertake additional duties appropriate to the grade as required Essential Criteria Previous experience in a clerical, administration, reception or customer service role Experience using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel Exposure to minute taking and general administrative reporting Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Professional, flexible and customer-focused approach to work Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy office environment Please apply with an updated CV at your earliest convenience.
