Job Description Social Care Practitioner - Letterkenny, Co. Donegal TTM Healthcare Solutions are working in partnership with a respected care provider to recruit a Social Care Practitioner for a mainstream residential service based in Letterkenny. Location: Letterkenny, Co. Donegal Service Overview: Mainstream residential service currently supporting one young person Focused, individualised care approach in a stable and structured environment Service operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year Shift Pattern: 12-hour shifts across days and evenings Rotational roster including weekends and public holidays Waking night cover required 2 staff on duty during night shifts Role Responsibilities Provide person-centred support within a residential care setting Promote emotional wellbeing, stability, and positive development Build strong, professional relationships with the young person Support daily routines, education, and life skills development Maintain a safe and structured living environment Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies Implement and review individualised care plans Accurately complete reports, records, and documentation Candidate Requirements Level 7 or Level 8 qualification in Social Care or a related discipline CORU registration (or eligibility to register) Experience working with young people is beneficial Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work within a 24/7 rota, including waking nights Eligibility Criteria: Applicants must: Have the right to work in Ireland (EU passport or valid GNIB/IRP stamp) Be willing to undergo Garda Vetting Provide International Police Clearance if required Why Join TTM Healthcare Solutions?
