Job Description Financial Analyst Manager Dublin, Ireland 270 per day 9-Month Contract 39 Hours per Week Start Date: 20 July 2026 We are currently seeking an experienced Financial Analyst Manager to join a leading global organisation operating within a highly regulated manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified finance professional to contribute to strategic financial planning, costing, forecasting, and business partnering activities within a dynamic international team. Key Responsibilities Manage and analyse financial performance relating to subcontracting, freight, and operational costs. Prepare month-end reporting, financial commentary, variance analysis, and trend reporting. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial projection processes. Develop and maintain product costing models across a broad portfolio. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to provide financial insights and support business decisions. Prepare reconciliations and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures. Identify and assess financial and operational risks. Support audit activities and internal control compliance requirements. Requirements Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent). Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience. Strong experience in financial analysis, costing, budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are essential. Experience with SAP ERP is highly desirable. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work effectively within cross-functional and international teams.
