What you'll be doing...

As an Experience Designer, you will use your solid foundational design skills and growing expertise to tackle meaningful design problems and create impactful user experiences. At this level, you will take ownership of specific features and/or programs while collaborating closely with senior team members. Additionally, you will bring a forward-thinking approach to our team by leveraging your emerging artificial intelligence (AI) skills to enhance both our design workflows and the products we build.
  • Participating in identifying appropriate design problems and opportunities within a brief.
  • Working collaboratively to solve open-ended problems, taking ownership of specific user flows or features with moderate guidance.
  • Generating multiple credible design solutions and actively participating in CFT collaboration.
  • Leveraging generative AI tools and AI-integrated design software to accelerate ideation, prototyping, asset generation, and iteration.
  • Designing intuitive interfaces that are user-friendly and focused on value.
  • Exploring, refining, and documenting design solutions while strictly adhering to design system guidelines.
  • Participating in user insight gathering activities and analysis to develop actionable insights.
  • Creating design solutions that leverage user insights while accounting for AI-specific interactions (e.g., managing user trust, feedback loops, and error states).
  • Giving and receiving constructive feedback within the design team.
  • Communicating current project plans, goals, and expected outcomes clearly.
  • Building strong relationships with partners in product, engineering, and business.


What we're looking for...

You have a great eye for design but also know that it's not just about looks. Your designs are grounded in what the user wants and needs. What you build is fresh but reflects exactly how people prefer to navigate. You understand and balance both the user and the business perspective. You are naturally curious about emerging technologies and are already exploring how AI can make you a faster, smarter designer. You believe that different perspectives create the best solutions and new groundbreaking designs.

You'll need to have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in UX design.
  • A portfolio that showcases your capabilities in the UX process and interaction design.
  • Relevant experience in high-fidelity prototyping and user testing methodologies.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of user-centric design principles.
  • Practical experience using AI tools (such as ChatGPT or similar, Figma AI features, etc.) to enhance your design process, ideation, or workflows.


Even better if you have:
  • Master's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
  • A good understanding of UX research techniques.
  • Portfolio of professional work showcasing shipped products or features.
  • Experience designing AI-native products, chatbots, conversational UI, or generative AI interfaces.
  • A demonstrated ability to write effective prompts to generate design assets, or concept explorations.


Where you'll be working
In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.
