Key Exciting Responsibilities
- Engage directly with our clients as a key member of our support team, striving to deliver a premier service experience in every interaction.
- Operate specialized software to manage logistics requests and ensure efficient communication and transaction processes.
- Resolve issues individually or in conjunction with your peers in a timely and effective manner utilizing excellent troubleshooting skills for all hardware used in support of Trimble's computer user community.
- Utilize your data analysis skills for production planning, helping us optimize our processes and meet customer demands effectively.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong tech-savvy background with experience using Windows, Microsoft Excel, and Teams.
- Solid data analysis skills with the ability to interpret information for decision-making and process optimization.
