What We're Looking For
- Experience in a professional kitchen at any grade - from Commis to Senior Chef de Partie
- Solid HACCP and food safety knowledge
- High attention to detail and a pride in consistency
- Ability to perform under pressure across brunch and dinner service
- Good command of English
- Full permission to work in the EU
