We are recruiting Social Care Workers to join a small, residential service where quality, safety, and meaningful relationships come first. You'll play a central role in helping the person living there feel safe, understood, and supported.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide daily care and support tailored to each person's needs.
• Build strong, trusting relationships.
• Support routines (meals, personal care, community).
• Implement Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) strategies.
• Maintain records, safeguarding notifications, and contribute to care planning.
Requirements
• Level 7/8 qualification in Social Care (CORU registered).
• Experience with autism, disability, or behaviours of concern.
• Strong communication, resilience, and understanding of regulations.
Desirable: Full driving licence
