What is the role?
The Programme Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating multiple Aerogen projects. The Programme Manager leads multiple projects to successful programme delivery. They will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive project success and meet Aerogen objectives.
What are the key responsibilities?
• Lead programmes and projects through Initiation, Planning, Execution and Closing Project Phases.
• Use of best practice Project Management Tools, Methodologies & Processes for Projects.
• Inform & Manage execution of Project Plan timeline & plan to ensure all elements of Project Plan are completed by the project teams.
• Support Project Bried and Charter creation when required.
• Identify and action programme issues appropriate to their severity and impact.
• Creation and updating of programme roadmaps and timelines as required and communicate project status/progress to stakeholders.
• Evaluate and control programme scope changes and adjust activities as required with contingency planning.
• Work within a highly regulated environment.
• Perform other assigned tasks as directed by Manager or Head of Function.
• Support development of project team members
What education and experience are required? • Minimum of a degree in Engineering, Bio-Medical Engineering, Science ot a technology discipline, with
• Minimum 5+ years' experience in a project engineering role on a number of projects.
• Experience in the medical device sector is an advantage.
• PMP, Agile and/or Master's in Project Management is very desirable however not essential.
What key skills will make you great at the role?
• Experienced with MS project, MS Office suite etc.
• Excellent organisational, presentation, negotiation, decision making & leadership skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, highly motivated, experiences building & leading teams.
• Ability to make project recommendations & decisions.
• Experienced leading multiple short lifecycle projects.
• Flexibility to travel to other sites.
• Demonstratable history of working within a fast paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to work autonomously or with supervision provided as required.
• Solves technical and nontechnical problems throughout the lifecycle of project.
• Provides timely and accurate information and status updates to project sponsors, end users and management.
