About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and develop a team of Door-to-Door Field Sales Representatives across your designated region.

You will play a key role in driving customer acquisition, achieving regional sales targets, and supporting the continued growth of the business.
As Regional Sales Manager, you will lead from the front, spending time in the field supporting your team, identifying opportunities for improvement, and ensuring the highest standards of customer engagement and compliance are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Door-to-Door Field Sales Representatives across your assigned region.
- Drive the achievement of regional sales targets, KPIs, and customer acquisition goals.
- Conduct regular field visits, coaching sessions, and performance reviews with team members.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop new sales representatives to support business growth.
- Monitor sales performance and implement action plans to maximise results.
- Ensure all sales activities are conducted in line with company policies, industry regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Support representatives in the field through mentoring, objection handling, and sales coaching.
- Analyse sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities within the region.
- Build a high-performance sales culture focused on accountability, customer experience, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with senior management to deliver regional growth strategies and business objectives.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports and forecasts.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience managing field sales teams, preferably within energy, utilities, telecommunications, or direct sales environments.
- Strong track record of delivering and exceeding sales targets.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Excellent coaching, communication, and people management skills.
- Commercially focused with strong business development and customer acquisition experience.
- Comfortable working in a field-based environment and travelling regularly throughout the region.
- Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
- Full clean driving licence.
