A progressive growing IT Services provider who has an interesting array of clients and projects requires an experienced Senior Field Service IT Engineer Level 3 (Escalation Engineer) of major issues for an urgent new role here in Dublin.<\/span>

As a Senior Field Service IT Engineer Level 3 this role will give you an interesting variety of work with new projects and different clients within the Dublin area.<\/span>
<\/p>\n

\n <\/div>
You must have strong and proven experience with Microsoft technologies at least at Level 2 in a client facing role either as a Senior Field Engineer or Senior Technical Support IT Engineer.<\/span>

\n <\/div>\n
\n You will work with an amazing IT Managed Services Provider who is going through a phase of expansion and expanding customer acquisition. You will deal with major technical issues which will be escalated to you from the Level 2 Field Engineer teams. You must have very strong experience with Firewalls, Certifications in Sonicwall is a strong bonus to have, Networks, Servers, Microsoft environments.<\/span><\/b><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>\n
\n
Several years proven experience as a Senior Field Engineer, Server Engineer, Technical Support, Network Engineer or IT Engineer.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>\n
Strong experience within a Microsoft environment.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>\n
Strong skills with Windows, Office365, Active Directory.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>\n
Servers.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>\n
Firewalls, extra points for Sonicwall experience.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>\n
Networks.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>\n
Firewall & network security knowledge.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>\n
Full Irish Driving License.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>\n
Client facing IT Engineer experience.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>\n
Certifications \- Sonicwall certification etc<\/span>
<\/span><\/li>\n <\/ul>\n

\n <\/div>\n

\n <\/div><\/span>
