Sales Development Representative - German Speaking

About the role:
We're looking to grow our Sales Development team to help us meet growing demand and continue to craft and build our inbound and outbound strategy. This person will be based in Dublin (4 days in office) and will be native German speaking.
In this role, you can expect to:
  • Handle inbound leads from the growth and enterprise business, setting meetings with qualified prospects for our Account Executives
  • Build and execute on an outbound strategy via various channels
  • Collaborate well with AEs, Marketing Managers and SDR peers
  • Become an expert in concepts like SQL, dbt, and enterprise data operations
You are a good fit if you:
  • Fluent or C2 level German
  • Have previous inbound or outbound sales or sales development experience (1+ years)
  • Are a strong communicator (verbal and written) and collaborate well in a fast-paced environment
  • Are a master of efficiency - You keep the inbox at zero and can manage a high volume
  • Are values-oriented, and you share our company values
You'll have an edge if:
  • Prior experience in analytics, ETL, BI, and/or open-sourced software

Compensation

We offer competitive compensation packages commensurate with experience, including salary, RSUs, and where applicable, performance-based pay. Our Talent Acquisition Team can answer questions around dbt Lab's total rewards during your interview process.

  • The typical OTE range for this role is:
  • 65,000.00 to 79,000.00 (70/30 split)
