Key Responsibilities:
- Lead & Support: Assist the Warehouse Manager with daily operations, providing leadership to the team, and stepping up during the manager's absence to ensure smooth workflow.
- Hands-On Involvement: Get involved in all warehouse tasks, including manual handling, order picking, unloading deliveries, loading trucks, and printing customer invoices.
- Health & Safety Focus: Promote and enforce company health and safety standards to create a safe and compliant working environment.
- Flexibility: Adapt to changing work schedules and flexible hours when required.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: At least 2 years in a supervisory role within a warehouse setting.
- Knowledge: A solid understanding of Irish geography and logistics operations.
- Qualifications: Valid B drivers license, forklift license, and manual handling certification.
- Language Skills: Strong verbal and written English proficiency is essential.
