As a Recruitment Executive, you'll play a key role in delivering an outstanding candidate experience, partnering with hiring managers, and finding the very best talent to support our continued growth.
About the Role
As part of our Internal Recruitment Team, you'll manage the recruitment process from attraction through to onboarding, ensuring candidates receive a professional, positive, and engaging experience throughout their journey.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through to offer and onboarding
- Building talent pipelines and identifying high-quality candidates through a variety of sourcing channels
- Conducting phone, video, and face-to-face interviews
- Coordinating interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers
- Managing candidate information and recruitment activity through our ATS (iCIMS)
- Completing pre-employment screening and compliance checks
- Issuing offers and supporting successful candidates through the onboarding process
- Providing recruitment and HR administration support as required
- Building strong relationships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders
- Working towards recruitment targets & KPIs
