This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Designer - AI Application based in Ireland.

In this role, you will shape the user experience of next-generation AI-powered products, turning complex model capabilities into clear, intuitive, and human-centered interfaces. You will design across agent workflows, conversational systems, and developer-facing tools, helping make advanced AI feel simple and accessible. The work sits at the intersection of product design, systems thinking, and emerging AI interaction patterns. You will collaborate closely with product managers and engineers in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. A strong focus will be placed on experimentation, rapid prototyping, and continuous iteration. This is a high-impact opportunity to influence both product direction and the future of AI-native UX. You will help define how users meaningfully interact with intelligent systems at scale.

Accountabilities:

  • Own end-to-end UX and UI design for AI-native products, including agent interfaces, model interactions, and developer tools
  • Translate complex AI capabilities into simple, intuitive, and human-centered user experiences
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and rapid prototyping to validate and refine design decisions
  • Build and maintain a scalable design system across product surfaces and web applications
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to bring designs from concept to production
  • Identify UX opportunities and contribute to product strategy and experience improvements
  • Ensure consistency and clarity across complex, data-rich interfaces

Requirements:

  • 2-6 years of product design experience (UX + UI) with a strong portfolio of shipped work
  • Experience designing AI-native products such as chatbots, LLM features, agent systems, or prompt-based interfaces
  • Strong proficiency in Figma (required) and familiarity with prototyping tools (Framer, Protopie, etc. a plus)
  • Fluency in using AI tools in your daily workflow (design, ideation, prototyping, iteration)
  • Strong systems thinking and ability to design complex information architectures
  • Experience with SaaS products, dashboards, or developer tools
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, remote-first environments
