About the Role
Reporting to the Food Safety and Quality Manager, this role plays a key part in supporting QHSE systems and processes at the Listowel site. The successful candidate will ensure the accuracy and maintenance of quality systems, contribute to reporting and KPI tracking, and support internal audits and compliance activities. The position requires strong attention to detail, effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. This is a permanent, full-time, onsite role.
What will I be doing?
• Maintenance of information in relevant files
• Generation of periodic reports, KPIs & Statistics
• Communication with external parties & customers
• Administration of Salesforce requests and approval
• Maintenance of QHSE Intelex system
• Intelex site superuser
• Procedure & SOP updating on relevant systems
• Internal Audit participation.
• Coordination of Laundry & lockers for medium care
• Routine tasks as assigned by the QA function (eg swabs, metal checks, audit prep)
• Ad Hoc Administration requirements.

• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to respond effectively to changing demands
