In this role, you will drive our Business Operations function in collaboration with IS&T and all Operations Business functions to triage and project managing all P1 systems issues. You will also drive strategic vision, along with RCA and Preventative measures (ensuring a 360 degree close the loop process) to further harden our systems, ensuring that we drive to our ambitious goal of Zero P1's incidents. \n\nYou will devise and implement process & systems solutions that meet the needs of our dynamic business conditions, and partner with our IS&T team to deliver these solutions. Applying project management methodology to support the completion of key projects, you will lead and handle multi-functional projects. You'll need to maintain priorities and deadlines, and maintain an excellent level of focus on detail. You will bring a strong customer service ethos, as well as superb communication and computing skills.
Knowledge and experience of ERP systems and databases, as well as delivering multi-system and cross-functional projects in a complex IT landscape.\nExperience leading and managing projects with the ability to maintain priorities and deadlines.\nAnalytical problem-solving skills with a solution-focused approach.\nCommunication, presentation and influencing skills with the ability to engage audiences at all levels.\nAbility to maintain focus on detail while retaining sight of the bigger picture.
Degree in Humanities, Business, Commerce, Project Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent professional experience will be fully considered.\nExperience in supply chain technologies.
