Apple
Cork, Cork, Ireland
Full Time

Apple's Distribution Centre Operations team drives the operational performance of Finished Goods & AppleCare across the EMEIA region. We are a small, high-impact team responsible for the operational excellence of Apple's distribution network, from program governance and vendor partnerships to data-driven insight and continuous improvement. Our work spans multiple countries, partners, and product lines.\\n\\nWe are seeking an Operations Program Analyst to take ownership of a broad and meaningful portfolio at the heart of that work. This isn't a coordination role in the background - it's a high-visibility position at the operational center of how Apple manages its distribution network across EMEIA, and a genuine opportunity to own it.\\n
In this role, you will be the connective tissue between program governance, vendor operations, and operational intelligence across the EMEIA region. You will manage the end-to-end program lifecycle for Value Added Services and AppleCare Engineering initiatives, maintain the EMEIA operations roadmap, and serve as the primary operational contact for a third-party logistics partner running a distribution centre in Cork, Ireland.\n\nYou will partner with the central planning team to consolidate and communicate KPI performance across EMEIA Finished Goods and AppleCare operations, and you will actively identify opportunities to automate and improve how the team works, including through AI tooling. Success in this role requires someone who is self-directed, analytically rigorous, and equally comfortable preparing an executive briefing and resolving a vendor issue.\n
Comfort working with data and operational metrics to inform decisions and communicate insights\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver to a high standard in a fast-paced, complex environment\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, able to present information clearly to a range of audiences\nProven ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes\nA degree in any discipline or equivalent professional experience
Experience in program or project coordination, supply chain operations, or a related field within a fast-paced, product-driven environment\nExecution & Delivery: You take full ownership of commitments from start to completion, maintaining rigour and accountability throughout\nAnalytical Rigour: You identify what matters in complex data sets and communicate findings with clarity and purpose\nCommunication: You distil complexity into clarity - whether in an executive briefing or a vendor review, you communicate with confidence and precision\nInfluence & Autonomy: You work independently, build trust across organisations, and advocate for the right outcome even when faced with differing views\nLearning Agility: You pick up complex systems and new domains quickly, treating ambiguity as opportunity and actively seeking feedback to grow\nResilience: You sustain consistent high performance across a varied and demanding workload, maintaining focus and composure under pressure\nFamiliarity with ERP systems, workflow management tools, or BI reporting platforms is advantageous\nExperience managing or coordinating third-party vendor or logistics partner relationships\nExposure to multi-country or regional operations within EMEIA or equivalent\n
