We are currently looking for a Previz Asset Modeller to join our talented team here at our Dublin studio. The successful candidate will create allocated Previz assets for the designated show, in line with the workflow and pipeline needs and to a consistent style and the quality level required.
This is a Fixed-Term, 5-Month contract based in Dublin.
We welcome applications from candidates of all experience levels.
Please note that our studio operates on a hybrid model, with a minimum of two days per week required in the studio.
The successful candidate must have the right to work in Ireland for the duration of the contract.
Key Responsibilities
• Creating optimised Previz props, sets and environments.
• Previz Build scouting.
• Creating optimised FBX files for Asset Publishing and Storyboard handout.
• Basic rigging.
• Animatic & Script Reviews.
• Complete training tasks assigned by the Dept Supervisor & Lead artist.
Key Requirements
Knowledge
- Good understanding of creating previz assets that meet story and staging purposes.
- Working knowledge of the overall 3D asset creation pipeline and workflow.
Experience
- Good experience working as a Previz artist /Modeller (or similar position) in either broadcast or feature film work..
Knowledge
- Sculpting skills for both hard surface and organic modelling.
- A keen eye for architecturet, design and composition.
- Good understanding of the following Softwaare: Maya, ZBrush, Photoshop, Speedtree (desirable).
Salary
39,000.00 - 48,500.00
