Role details: This is a full time role for 40 contracted hours per week
Salary: 40,000 - 67,000
Location: The role is largely remote, but does require a few compulsory UK meetups a year and occasional industry events.
We're looking for a true all-rounder, someone who can write, design, and think commercially. In this hands-on, high-output role at the heart of our small, ambitious team, you won't just manage the work; you'll make it.
You'll own your projects end-to-end, from the first spark of an idea to the final data report, without agency handoffs. This role is predominantly remote, though you must be based in the UK and open to occasional travel for team meet-ups and industry events. We also have a central London office that is always open for you to use whenever you like.
This is a noticeably broad role spanning creative production, paid media, web, research, and strategy. You won't be expected to be an expert in all of this, but you'll be eager to learn.
What You'll Do
- Create & copy: Design eye-catching assets (e.g., in Figma, Canva, Claude) and write compelling copy for everything from social posts to case studies.
- Run campaigns: Plan, build, and execute integrated campaigns spanning email, social media, and webinars. You'll write the ads, set up multi-channel activation complete with tracking, and optimise based on real-time performance.
- Impact growth & strategy: Dig into the data to find what truly drives the pipeline. Run market research, test new audiences, and translate your insights into a go-to-market strategy.
- Own the channels: Co-manage our organic social channels, website, and CMS updates, build HubSpot landing pages, and jump in to support events.

- Experience: 3-5 years in a hands-on B2B/B2C marketing role/s where you fully owned content and campaigns (start-up and complex corporate backgrounds are both welcome).
- The skills: Strong writing, confident design in Canva/Figma/Others, and practical experience with HubSpot, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and a CMS like WordPress. Comfort with AI-augmented workflows is highly valued (e.g., Claude/Gemini).
- The mindset: Proactive, commercial, and driven by impact rather than output. You spot gaps and bring ideas rather than waiting to be briefed.
- Desirable: A degree in Marketing or CIM Level 6 (other degrees are considered alongside experience/portfolio).
