About the role:

We are looking for a Senior Producer to join an on-site team in Dublin. With at least 7+ years of creative production experience, you will lead large-scale complex projects, campaigns, and productions, across the client's portfolio of brands. Whilst also managing our mid-weight Project Manager. And working closely with key stakeholders. This role focuses on account handling, project management, traffic management of a team of multi-talented creatives, as well as traditional production execution work. All with an emphasis on high-quality craft, in all of our executions.

You'll thrive in a busy environment, enjoy juggling lots of projects and tasks, and be a people-person who builds relationships (in Dublin and beyond) as well as stakeholders on the various marketing teams. All while ensuring a high production value, seamless delivery, and budget adherence, across the team's projects. This is a client-facing role, working in a hybrid model based in the in Dublin office. While hybrid, flexibility is required in terms of shoot days being across various locations, and at-times requiring flexible working hours depending on the production too.

What you will be doing:

  • Leading a project from brief to delivery, and everything in between.
  • Forecasting and planning, working closely with our OLIVER colleagues, as well as our Head of Studio, plus the various marketing teams.
  • Apply production knowledge to consult on forward planning, strategy, and feasibility before creative concepts are shared with clients, evaluating solutions to meet creative and logistical needs, and flagging potential roadblocks.
  • Lead all stakeholder meetings, driving collaboration and accountability across all stakeholders, from the initial scope through production to final delivery.
  • Manage expectations around production, project margins, and risks, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines and realistic schedules, proposing solutions for any identified risks or concerns.
  • Be comfortable presenting.
  • Oversee large-scale still and/or video shoots, coordinating with crew, locations, art department, casting, etc.
  • At times leading as an agency producer, when a production partner is collaborating. Other times being a pure traditional production company producer, who can lead this without the need for an external partner.
  • Proactively improving workflows and ways of working, to improve quality, speed, and efficiency, based on business needs.
  • Create and deliver accurate production budgets, timelines, paperwork, contracts, risk assessments and health and safety documents.
  • Oversee the financial admin of every project and managing suppliers.
  • Support and mentor our project manage, assisting with organisation and coordination to develop their experience and knowledge in their role and across larger projects and productions.
  • Support on reporting, and account management, as required, working closely with our account handling global team, and the network of Mix studios across the world.
  • Manage project sustainability by tracking carbon emissions via Adgreen's Carbon Calculator.
  • Oversee project wrap-up, including third-party costs, final asset delivery, and financial reconciliation.
  • Create case studies, award entries, and contribute to external recognition, while focusing on internal recognition and continuing to expand the reputation of the team within the wider business, being a representation of that.
  • Build and maintain a diverse network of freelance crew, production partners, and other suppliers, who we often collaborate with.

What you need to be great in this role:

  • Extensive experience in managing and producing large-scale productions and projects/campaigns.
  • Experience in both agency and production environments.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with the brand teams, and cross-functional teams.
  • A knowledge of all creative workflows and processes, to effectively resource the right skills to the right projects/tasks/briefs.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively, while also being a true team-player.
  • Organized, flexible, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Creative and innovative, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Calm under pressure, with great negotiation skills.
  • Strong network within the industry.
