The Health and Safety Advisor support the HSQ team on MetroLink, working closely with the Health and Safety Lead to ensure compliance with statutory and company standards. The role provides expert advice, assurance and due diligence to enable the safe and effective delivery of the programme.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Delivering MetroLink health and safety standards and compliance.
  • Inspecting, auditing and assuring works compliance.
  • Implementing safety management systems, PDCA-based.
  • Maintaining programme health and safety management plans.
  • Managing health and safety documentation and RAMS.
  • Managing inductions, briefings and lessons learned.
  • Engaging stakeholders, contractors and suppliers.
  • Monitoring performance, report trends, drive improvement.

You'll need to have:

  • 5 years' experience managing project safety and environment requirements.
  • Irish construction health regulations expertise.
  • Delivering robust safety management systems.
  • Relevant H&S qualification, IOSH aligned.
