Job Title: Accounts Supervisor

Job Purpose

To supervise the accounting team, manage financial transactions, prepare financial documents and ensure accurate reporting in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily sales accounts operations (Issuing of invoices, credit notes, PO requests).

  • Supervise and support existing accounting admin staff.

  • Prepare financial documents for designated client accounts

  • Review and approve invoices, payments, and journal entries.

  • Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing processes.

  • Prepare financial reports for internal reporting

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.

  • Identify process improvements to increase efficiency.


Required Qualifications Experience

  • 3–5+ years of accounting experience, with supervisory experience.

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles.

  • Experience with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Sage).

  • Experience of working with CRM and Cloud Based Software Systems


Desired Qualifications Experience

  • Qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

  • Supervisory experience.
