This Manager leads a team of analysts driving Europe, Middle East, India and Africa (EMEIA) On-Time Delivery Performance across Online, Retail, Reseller, and AppleCare channels, using data-driven insights, automation, and proactive risk management to improve customer experience and operational efficiency. The role drives the inbound speed-to-customer initiative for the Reseller Route-to-Market (RTM), partnering cross-functionally to remove operational bottlenecks, improve performance, and maximise product availability and sell-thru.

Supply Chain experience in a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) environment\nFamiliarity with GenAI capabilities and application to supply chain use cases for strategic business impact
