About the JobFull-Time Role.Lark Rock are dedicated to retrofitting homes to an ''A'' rated standard. All homes are finished to the very highest standards. We have a small progressive dynamic team and are looking for talent to grow with the business through a very exciting expansion phase.
Applicant must have:
- Safe Pass.
- Manual Handling preferable.
- At least 3-4 years experience.
- Experience in all other aspects of residential groundworks including concrete finishing, Pouring Concrete, Floating, installing manholes, footpaths, Kerbing, etc an advantage.
- Digger driver experience and dumber diver experience an advantage.
- Be fully compliant with PPE requirements on-site.
- Site tidying.
- Other duties as per foreman's instructions.
- Comply with all health and safety procedures on-site.
- Must be hardworking and reliable.
- Ability to work on their own initiative.
Salary: €40k per Annum, Possible Company Van, Company Bonus.
