An established aviation leasing and finance platform is seeking an experienced Insurance professional to join its Commercial Negotiation & Execution function in Dublin.

This role plays a key part in supporting aircraft leasing, financing, trading, restructuring, OEM procurement, and capital markets transactions. The successful candidate will take ownership of aviation and non-aviation insurance matters across the transaction lifecycle and ongoing portfolio management, working closely with internal stakeholders, customers, insurers, and brokers globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day insurance support across leasing, financing, trading, and asset management activities

• Monitor airline compliance with insurance obligations, including renewals and claims management

• Procure and manage aviation and non-aviation insurance programmes

• Support transaction teams during origination, LOI, and documentation stages

• Liaise with insurers, brokers, customers, and internal stakeholders

• Maintain and enhance insurance systems, data, and reporting

• Contribute to the firm’s risk management framework through robust structuring and documentation

• Participate in ad-hoc projects and occasional travel as required

Experience & Requirements

• 3–5+ years’ experience in aviation leasing/financing, insurance, or risk management

• Strong technical insurance knowledge with a commercial mindset

• Experience supporting cross-border transactions

• Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, international environment

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Insurance qualifications or formal training are advantageous

• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
