An established and growing MSP in Dublin is seeking a skilled and motivated 2nd Level Technical Support Engineer<\/b> to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience as a Senior Technical Support Engineer (Level 2)<\/b> and a proven track record in a managed services environment.

What You'll Be Doing:<\/b>

    \n
  • Provide Level 2 support across desktop, server, and network issues
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Troubleshoot escalated technical problems and resolve tickets within SLAs
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Assist with M365 migrations, user onboarding, and mailbox management
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Support network equipment (switches, routers, firewalls, VLANs, VPNs)
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Perform routine server administration (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Assist with PowerShell scripts and automation tasks
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Contribute to technical documentation and project delivery
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Communicate with clients and vendors, keeping stakeholders updated
    <\/p><\/li>\n <\/ul>\n

    Requirements<\/h3>

    • Strong experience as a Senior Technical Support Engineer (Level 2)<\/b> in an MSP
      <\/p><\/li>\n

    • Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Azure, and networking
      <\/p><\/li>\n

    • Solid troubleshooting skills and a proactive attitude
      <\/p><\/li>\n

    • Familiarity with tools like RMM\/PSA, VoIP systems, and PowerShell
      <\/p><\/li>\n

    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
      <\/p><\/li>\n

    • Valid work authorisation for Ireland
      <\/p><\/li>\n <\/ul>\n
