Qualifications:
QQI Fetac Level 5 in Healthcare Support or similar - all modules are mandatory
Eligible to work in Ireland
Min. 6 months experience working as a healthcare assistant in Ireland
Requirements for agency care staff:
Positive attitude
Recent experience in working in healthcare environment
Ability to take initiative
Excellent communication skills
Provide high quality healthcare to ensure patient safety and work within scope of
practice at all times
Patient reporting in a timely manner and maintaining accurate and up-to-date
documentation
Participate as a team member in all aspects of resident's/patient care.
Show motivation and assume responsibility for professional self-development
including presenting up-to-date compliance documents
Following policies, protocols and guidelines in accordance with healthcare facilities
