Job Description
We are seeking a reliable Relief Driver to join our team on a part-time, temporary basis. This role involves delivering hot and cold food to various locations across Dublin, ensuring timely and professional service to clients. Hours will vary, typically 1 to 3 days per week, depending on business needs. payment is weekly, by bank transfer
Key Responsibilities
- Load the van with catering stock, ensuring all items are accounted for.
- Safely transport and deliver hot and cold food to multiple locations across Dublin.
- Follow scheduled delivery routes and maintain punctuality.
- Handle food with care, ensuring it arrives in perfect condition.
- Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the company vehicle.
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients.
- Assist with unloading and setting up catering deliveries as needed.
Requirements
- A full, clean Category B driving licence (essential).
- Previous experience in delivery driving, preferably in the catering or hospitality sector.
- Good knowledge of Dublin roads and traffic patterns.
- Ability to lift and carry catering equipment and food deliveries.
- Strong time management skills and reliability.
- A professional and friendly attitude.
