Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities Proactively identify and win new business opportunities across the territory Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve and exceed targets Build strong relationships with industrial and manufacturing customers Generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline through prospecting and networking Work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored customer solutions Use CRM systems to track sales activity, opportunities, and performance Maintain and grow selected strategic customer accounts where applicable Requirements Degree in a relevant field preferred 2+ years' experience in a business development, sales, manufacturing, or service industry role Proven track record in a hunter/new business sales environment Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially focused Proficient in Microsoft Office (ERP/CRM experience desirable) Full driving licence required Skills: Business Development Sales Executive Field Sales Hunter\nTLNT1_IJ
