The Digital Experience, Brand & Content Strategist is a senior, cross-functional role responsible for leading the strategy, planning, and execution of Fuze Health's digital presence, specifically driving a major corporate website redesign initiative. This position bridges the gap between creative storytelling and technical execution to build a high-performing, user-centric digital experience.

Fixed Term 6 Month Contract

Website Strategy & Digital Experience Leadership

  • Lead the strategy, planning, and cross-functional execution of a major corporate website redesign initiative
  • Define website goals, audience journeys, information architecture, and content strategy aligned to business and brand objectives
  • Partner with UX, design, development, SEO, and marketing stakeholders to create an intuitive, high-performing digital experience
  • Establish governance models, content standards, and scalable site management processes
  • Ensure digital experiences are optimized for usability, accessibility, conversion, engagement, and performance

Brand & Content Strategy

  • Develop and evolve digital brand storytelling frameworks across web and owned channels
  • Translate company positioning, product strategy, and campaign messaging into clear, compelling digital experiences
  • Create strategic content plans that support awareness, engagement, demand generation, customer education, and thought leadership
  • Define content hierarchy, messaging structure, and editorial direction across priority pages and audience segments
  • Ensure consistency in voice, messaging, and brand expression across digital touchpoints

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Brand, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Creative, and Executive Leadership teams
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop audience-focused content and digital experiences
  • Manage agency and vendor relationships related to website strategy, UX, SEO, content, and development
  • Serve as a strategic advisor on digital experience best practices and emerging trends

Optimization & Performance

  • Monitor and analyze website performance, engagement metrics, SEO performance, and conversion trends
  • Identify opportunities to improve user experience, content effectiveness, and conversion pathways
  • Support testing and optimization initiatives across digital experiences
  • Develop reporting frameworks and actionable insights for leadership

Key Responsibilities

Required Experience & Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in digital strategy, content strategy, brand strategy, UX content, or digital marketing
  • Proven experience leading or managing large-scale website redesign projects
  • Strong understanding of digital user experience principles, information architecture, SEO, and conversion optimization
  • Experience developing strategic messaging and content frameworks for B2B and/or complex healthcare organizations
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills across creative, technical, and executive teams
  • Exceptional communication, writing, and presentation abilities
  • Experience working with CMS platforms, analytics tools, and digital marketing technologies
  • Healthcare, health tech, or B2B SaaS experience preferred

Salary Range

65,680.00 - 82,100
