Job Description Reliability Technician (Shift) - GMP Environment Dublin | 12-Month Contract | Competitive Hourly Rate Are you a hands-on technician who thrives in high-performance, regulated environments? We're looking for a Reliability Technician to join a dynamic GMP manufacturing site, playing a key role in ensuring equipment reliability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. What You'll Be Doing Champion safety-first practices by identifying risks and implementing effective mitigation actions Respond quickly and effectively to equipment breakdowns and technical issues Carry out planned maintenance (preventative, predictive & calibration activities) Accurately log maintenance interventions, failure codes, and asset data Ensure all work orders are completed on time, safely, and in compliance Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and improve processes Support major equipment overhauls and manage on-site vendors Deliver clear shift handover reports to ensure seamless operations Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and optimise maintenance plans Assist with operational activities such as set-up, sampling, and cleaning validation Maintain audit-ready standards and uphold excellent housekeeping practices What You Bring Minimum Level 6 qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, or Instrumentation 2-4 years' experience in maintenance or engineering within a regulated environment Background in pharma, biotech, medical devices, FMCG, or similar industries Strong commitment to safety, quality, and reliability Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset High attention to detail and ability to follow strict procedures Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced setting Flexibility to adapt and thrive in a shift-based role Why Apply?
