Role Overview

No two days are the same, and you'll be trusted to get stuck in, solve problems, and take pride in doing a great job for every customer you visit. You'll be out on the road every day carrying out servicing, inspections, minor repairs, and chemical waste collections and deliveries. Your work has a real, visible impact, keeping customer sites safe, compliant, and efficient.

What You'll Be Doing
  • You'll service and maintain parts washers, making sure equipment is cleaned, checked, and running safely and efficiently to keep customers compliant and operational.
  • You'll handle waste collection and product delivery, safely managing and transporting materials.
  • You'll carry out inspections and preventative maintenance, spotting issues early and preventing breakdowns before they happen.
  • You'll engage directly with customers on site, building trust, following procedures, and making sure every visit is completed to a high standard.
  • You'll carry out repairs and part replacements, with full training and ongoing development provided to build your technical skills and confidence.
  • You'll use digital tools to accurately record your work, capturing key service information, and any important findings from each visit.
  • And you'll constantly be scanning for improvements-whether that's a service opportunity, a risk, or a smarter way of doing things.

  • You're someone who likes being out in the field, not stuck behind a desk, and takes pride in doing practical, hands-on work properly and safely
  • You're confident dealing with customers on site and always represent yourself and the business in a professional, positive way.
  • You don't just follow process-you respect it, because you understand why it matters
  • You're comfortable working independently, in the field, in a physically active role
  • Most importantly, you're reliable, safety-focused, and motivated by doing work that keeps our customers operational everyday
  • 7.5 tonne licence desired
