Description
We are seeking a Company Secretarial Assistant to join our expanding corporate services team. This is a new central role to provide support to our busy national offices.
Key Responsibilities
Preparation and filing of Company Secretarial documentation, particularly CRO annual returns.
Arranging for company formations and voluntary strike off applications.
Dealing with ad hoc standard company secretarial matters such as board/registered office changes, share transfers etc.
Advising and assisting Xeinadin's diverse client base on various matters relating to their compliance requirements under the Companies Act 2014.
Maintaining and updating client company secretarial registers on Relate Company Secretary.
Liaising with the CRO, Companies House and other parties and bodies as required. • RBO compliance.
Preparation of Board Meeting and General Meeting minutes/resolutions and CRO forms.
Supporting senior members of the team and Xeinadin staff across a range of company secretarial matters.
Key Requirements
Strong background in compliance and/or corporate services, with a desire for career advancement within a professional services environment.
Interest in pursuing qualification with the Chartered Governance Institute.
Additional Requirements
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Advanced Office (particularly Word) skills.
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
