This role will lead marketing for Advisory, partnering with senior leaders to turn business priorities into focused go-to-market activity. You shape how Advisory is positioned in the market across campaigns, thought leadership, pursuits and client engagement.

This is a senior service line marketing role. It requires commercial judgement, strong stakeholder influence and the ability to connect Advisory growth priorities to clear marketing plans that support pipeline, revenue and market profile.

You work with the Regional Marketing Leader, Service Line Leaders, Market Activation Lead and wider marketing team to ensure Advisory activity is planned, prioritised and delivered with clear business intent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary marketing partner for Advisory leadership.
  • Build trusted relationships with Advisory partners and senior leaders, with regular engagement on priorities, pipeline, sector activity and growth opportunities.
  • Translate Advisory business priorities into marketing briefs, campaign plans and activation requirements.
  • Lead go-to-market planning for Advisory, aligning campaigns, sector priorities, pursuits and client engagement activity to revenue opportunities.
  • Own Advisory marketing execution within the agreed marketing plan, including sector-specific activity where there is active pipeline or clear market opportunity.
  • Translate campaign plans into Advisory-specific content, thought leadership, credentials, case studies and proof of delivery.
  • Support localisation of global EPIC campaigns, including AI, M&A, Modernisation and Cyber/Risk, with market-specific insight and proof.
  • Deliver rapid response activity where triggered by deal activity, market disruption, regulatory change or active pursuits.
  • Deliver campaign-linked sales enablement materials, including credentials decks, playbooks, case studies and capability presentations.
  • Work with pursuit teams on tailored support for priority opportunities.
  • Advise Advisory leadership on market positioning, competitive differentiation, sector opportunities and campaign investment priorities.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen Advisory's market profile through thought leadership, external positioning, flagship events and strategic partnerships.
  • Partner with senior business leaders on priority pursuits, major accounts and strategic growth initiatives.
  • Work with the Market Activation Lead to ensure Advisory activity is executed consistently across events, content, digital, social, paid media and direct client engagement.
  • Track campaign delivery progress and performance. Report into the monthly reporting framework.

Experience

  • Bachelor's degree required. Postgraduate qualification in marketing or business preferred.
  • 10+ years in B2B marketing with direct experience marketing advisory or management consulting services.
  • Experience in professional services, financial services, consulting or a similarly complex regulated sector.
  • Significant experience working with senior partner and director-level stakeholders, including accountability for partner-facing campaign, business development and pipeline discussions.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience aligning marketing activity to pipeline growth, strategic accounts and revenue priorities.
  • Proven ability to translate business priorities into marketing activity that supports business growth.
  • Experience leading integrated go-to-market programmes across campaigns, thought leadership, pursuits and client engagement activity.
  • Strong writing, briefing and messaging skills, with the ability to turn complex service line priorities into clear market-facing activity.
  • Familiarity with marketing technology including CRM and automation platforms.
  • Ability to work across multiple markets and adapt activity to local business needs.
