Marketing Activation - Senior Associate
The role will execute market activation activity across campaigns, channels and client engagement programmes. This is a hands-on execution role focused on delivering integrated campaign activity across digital, social, email, paid media, sponsorship and events.
You work at pace across multiple live campaigns, supporting audience engagement, campaign deployment, content publishing, reporting and activation delivery. The role requires strong attention to detail, comfort working across platforms and channels and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
You are expected to operate independently across assigned work streams while collaborating closely with the wider activation team on delivery and execution.
This is a Dublin-based role, with regular in-person support required across client events, leadership activity and market activation
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute campaign activity across digital, social, email, paid media, sponsorship, events and direct client engagement channels.
- Support deployment of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple concurrent programmes and business priorities.
- Publish, schedule and quality-check campaign content across social, email and digital channels.
- Coordinate campaign asset delivery with the Global Services Hub, ensuring timelines, specifications and brand standards are met.
- Support paid media execution including trafficking assets, monitoring delivery and escalating performance or production issues.
- Support event and sponsorship activation delivery including communications, attendee management, content coordination and on-site execution.
- Maintain campaign and activation records in Click-Up and CRM systems with accurate delivery and reporting data.
- Compile campaign performance reporting including channel engagement, attendance, outreach and follow-up activity.
- Support audience targeting, outreach coordination and campaign deployment activities across multiple channels.
- Work closely with the Market Activation Manager and Assistant Manager to deliver integrated activation activity aligned to campaign priorities.
- Identify delivery risks, delays or quality issues early and escalate appropriately.
- Contribute to campaign execution ideas, channel recommendations and activation improvements based on campaign performance and delivery experience.
- Support content adaptation and activation across multiple channels, ensuring messaging remains accurate, consistent and audience-appropriate.
- Use AI tools to improve productivity across research, coordination, content deployment, reporting and campaign execution, while applying appropriate review and quality control.
- Operate with strong responsiveness and flexibility as priorities shift across campaigns and market activity.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3-5 years experience in campaign execution, digital marketing, activation or multi-channel marketing delivery within a B2B environment.
- Hands-on experience executing activity across multiple channels including digital, social, email, CRM, event activation, sponsorship's, content publishing or paid media.
- Strong execution capability with the ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns and deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Experience working with CRM, project management and marketing platforms.
- Comfort working across digital publishing, campaign deployment and channel coordination activities.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and brand consistency.
- Strong organisational capability combined with pace, responsiveness and follow-through.
- Confidence working across multiple stakeholders, channels and delivery teams in a fast-moving environment.
- Demonstrated comfort using AI tools to improve productivity across planning, coordination, reporting and communications, with disciplined quality review.
- Collaborative working style and willingness to take ownership of delivery responsibilities.
