Key Responsibilities:

  • Support event and sponsorship activation delivery including communications, attendee management, content coordination and on-site execution.
  • Maintain campaign and activation records in Click-Up and CRM systems with accurate delivery and reporting data.
  • Compile campaign performance reporting including channel engagement, attendance, outreach and follow-up activity.
  • Support audience targeting, outreach coordination and campaign deployment activities across multiple channels.

  • Identify delivery risks, delays or quality issues early and escalate appropriately.
  • Contribute to campaign execution ideas, channel recommendations and activation improvements based on campaign performance and delivery experience.
  • Support content adaptation and activation across multiple channels, ensuring messaging remains accurate, consistent and audience-appropriate.
  • Use AI tools to improve productivity across research, coordination, content deployment, reporting and campaign execution, while applying appropriate review and quality control.
  • Operate with strong responsiveness and flexibility as priorities shift across campaigns and market activity.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3-5 years experience in campaign execution, digital marketing, activation or multi-channel marketing delivery within a B2B environment.
  • Hands-on experience executing activity across multiple channels including digital, social, email, CRM, event activation, sponsorship's, content publishing or paid media.
  • Strong execution capability with the ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns and deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Experience working with CRM, project management and marketing platforms.
  • Comfort working across digital publishing, campaign deployment and channel coordination activities.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and brand consistency.
