The role involves delivering high-quality social work services to individuals and families within a multidisciplinary healthcare setting. Location: St Joseph's Campus, Mulgrave Street, Limerick Key Responsibilities Provide assessment, intervention, and support to service users Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams Advocate on behalf of clients and ensure safeguarding practices Maintain accurate case records and reports Participate in service planning and development Requirements Relevant Social Work qualification (CORU registered or eligible) Experience in healthcare or community settings desirable Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Full driver's licence and access to a car (essential) Hours Full-time position Reduced hours may be considered
