Role Overview We are seeking a Social Worker to deliver community-based services from Ennis Primary Care Centre. The role focuses on early intervention, support, and integrated care. Location: Ennis Primary Care Centre, Station Road, Ennis Key Responsibilities Provide community-based social work supports Work closely with primary care teams Deliver client-centred interventions Support vulnerable individuals and families Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions Requirements Degree in Social Work (CORU registered) Experience in primary care or community services desirable Ability to manage a varied caseload Strong problem-solving and communication skills Full driving licence and access to a car is essential Hours Full-time role Reduced hours may be available
