As Manufacturing Engineer - R&D, you will be responsible for design, development, implementation, and optimisation of innovative processes and technologies to support Apple's amazing product line-up.\n

B.Eng. M.Eng, B.Sc. M.Sc. in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Process / Industrial / Biomedical / Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent third-level qualification in a related discipline\nExperience in development or optimisation of manufacturing processes within a manufacturing or R&D environment\nExperience in leading technical development for manufacturing processes\n

Experience in 3D CAD for design of equipment/tooling/fixtures/assembly aids\nExperience with additive manufacturing processes such as 3D printing\nExperience with laser technology, i.e. marking, cutting\nExperience in writing technical documentation, i.e. technical reports, work instructions, change impact assessments, user requirement specifications, equipment qualification protocols and reports, etc.\nKnowledge of PFMEA or equivalent risk analysis methodologies\nExperience using statistics to assess process capability\nKnowledge of industrial engineering, line balancing, lean or Six Sigma\nExperience working with third-party vendors\nExperience supporting multiple projects simultaneously with the ability to prioritise activities\nStrong communication skills
