The Wallet, Payments and Commerce team is responsible for bringing ground-breaking\\nfinancial services to consumers with a vision to replace the physical wallet and help people live financially healthier lives.\\n\\nWe are looking for an experienced Partner Solutions Manager to join the Apple Pay E-\\nCommerce team. This is a full-time position on the Wallet, Payments and Commerce team and is located in our London offices.
You will use your technical knowledge and partner facing skills to support business\ndevelopment teams in driving the integration of Apple Pay E-Commerce functionality in\npayment service provider and merchant E-Commerce channels.\n\nYou will lead multiple projects, craft scalable solutions for diverse partners, and provide\nconsistent updates and communication to business leaders.\n\nYou will inspire partners to create best in class Apple Pay and Wallet experiences, support\npartner technology implementations and new feature adoption, and provide technology\nguidance and product implementation best practices.\n\nYou will optimise the customer payment journey in merchant and payment service provider\nE-Commerce channels.\n
• Experience working with various online merchant segments, PSPs, payment schemes,\nand processors\n• Experience in web development (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) / iOS development (Swift)\n• Experience debugging and troubleshooting software\n• Skilled at helping partners identify, navigate and overcome technical hurdles to drive\nadoption of technology\n• Experience integrating, supporting and troubleshooting a complex suite of products\nand/or services\n• Ability to explain technical concepts and issues to a broad audience\n• Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance.\n• Have a passion for outstanding user experience\n• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Writing technical documentation and integration guides
