Marketing Intern - Integer

Location: Integer Parkmore East, Galway

Team: Product Marketing (Integer's Growth Team)

Hybrid role

This internship is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who wants to learn quickly, contribute real value, and bring fresh ideas to life.

You'll join a hands-on, fast-moving Product Marketing team at the heart of Integer's medical device innovation engine. From day one, you'll work on real projects across Integer's Cardiovascular portfolio, supporting product strategy, market understanding, and customer engagement. Your work will matter.

What You'll Do

• Support marketing projects from early concept through to execution.
• Contribute to market and customer research, turning data into clear insights.
• Create and maintain high-quality marketing materials, including customer- and leadership-ready presentations and sales tools.
• Support competitive analysis and tracking of market and technology trends.
• Contribute to product messaging and value propositions.
• Work closely with Product Marketing teammates, R&D, Sales, and Operations teams.
• Prepare content for customer, internal, and leadership meetings.
• Take ownership of defined workstreams and special projects, with mentoring from the team.
• Bring new ideas, tools, and better ways of working to the table. This is actively encouraged.

Where appropriate, the role may also include travel to Integer's U.S. sites, offering first-hand experience of a truly global medtech business.

What You Bring

We're looking for someone with curiosity, confidence, and a digital-first mindset.

You should bring:

• A strong interest in marketing, business, or a related discipline
• Curiosity about how products are positioned, differentiated, and commercialised
• Comfort working with data, presentations, and tools such as AI, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
• Clear communication skills and confidence sharing ideas
• A proactive mindset, asking questions and suggesting better ways of working
• Interest in how medical technology impacts patients and clinicians

Working Environment

This is a hybrid role, with a desk available in Integer's new Parkmore East building. R&D, prototyping, and manufacturing are co-located, allowing Product Marketing to work side-by-side with technical teams and gain real insight into how products are developed and built.
