Role: Utilities and Compliance Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with company procedures
- Request and obtain utility records from service providers (water, gas, electricity, telecoms)
- Maintain a structured database of utility records and correspondence within the company's online system
- Distribute utility information to project teams in a timely and efficient manner
- Track requests and follow up with utility providers to avoid delays
- Highlight missing, unclear, or high-risk utility data to project teams
Requirements
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems
- Knowledge of civil engineering and utilities is an advantage
- Basic understanding of utility mapping is desirable
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
- Ability to work to tight deadlines.
