Role responsibilities
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on plumbing systems including boilers.
• Perform plumbing installations, upgrades, and modifications as required.
• Fault finding & repair on plumbing systems.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and parts used.
• Provide detailed reports on works carried out.
• Communicating with Clients/Customers and providing excellent customer service.
• Ensure work requests are carried out on time and to a satisfactory level.
• Coordinate subcontractors when required.
Qualifications:
• Fully qualified plumber
• Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
• Basic math skills for measuring, calculating pipe lengths, and determining angles
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and manual labor
• Experience with welding is a plus
• Valid driver's license
Role Requirements
• Minimum 5+ years post apprenticeship qualification experience
• Must hold Senior Trade Cert (Plumbing) or National Craft Cert
. Experienced in general plumbing maintenance
. Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on own and as well as part of a team.
• Ability to manage and prioritize workload
