Newtown Park Hotel is seeking a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. What You Will Be Doing
Food Preparation & Service - Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to the highest standard, ensuring consistency and quality across all service periods.
Section Management - Taking ownership of your designated section, ensuring it runs efficiently and meets all operational requirements.
Quality & Standards - Maintaining high levels of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in line with HACCP procedures.
Team Collaboration - Working closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth service and a positive working environment.
Stock & Kitchen Organisation - Assisting with stock rotation, minimising waste, and ensuring all ingredients are stored and handled correctly.
What We're Looking For
Culinary Experience - Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Commis Chef ready to step up.
Strong Work Ethic - Reliable, organised, and committed to delivering exceptional food quality.
Team-Focused Mindset - A positive, supportive colleague who contributes to a collaborative kitchen environment.
Ability to Perform Under Pressure - Comfortable working in a busy kitchen while maintaining high standards.
