Minimum Formal Qualifications
All carers must meet the Quality and Qualifications Ireland (QQI) Level 5 standard, specifically:

Your Roster
- Week 1:Monday, Tuesday, Saturday & Sunday
- Week 2: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday Enjoy a consistent 4 day working week with a fixed pattern that supports better work-life balance.

- Hospital discharge transitions to home
- New care package commencements
- Double-up calls requiring two carers
- Covering planned leave, holidays, or unplanned absences
You'll be deployed dynamically on your rostered days to ensure continuity and quality of care where it's needed most.

- Garda Vetting or International Police Clearance
- Medical Certificate of Fitness

- Two Written References(one from the most recent employer)
- Face-to-Face Interview with assessment of career history and gaps

Driving & Transport
- A full Irish/EU driving licence and use of your own car for work is essential. A generous mileage allowance will be paid fortnightly.
- Carers must provide motor insurance, tax, and valid licence.
