About the role
As a Manufacturing Line Operator, you will work on the production floor in a regulated, process-driven environment, supporting daily manufacturing schedules while following strict quality and safety standards.

This role suits someone who is:
- Comfortable with hands-on, routine production work
- Reliable, detail-focused and safety-conscious
- Happy working to defined procedures and schedules
What you'll do
- Operate production and/or test equipment
- Follow GMP, safety rules and standard operating procedures
- Meet daily production targets with guidance from your Supervisor
- Record production data accurately using approved systems
- Perform basic troubleshooting and escalate issues as required
- Support training of new team members when needed
- Contribute to continuous improvement activities
What we're looking for
- Manufacturing or production experience is an advantage, but not essential
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Basic computer skills
- A positive, flexible attitude and strong attention to detail
- Experience in regulated or manufacturing environments (e.g. medical device, pharma, food, automotive) is beneficial.
