Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and control project documentation, ensuring accuracy and availability
- Support project managers and site teams with administrative tasks
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes
- Assist in preparing project reports and monitoring project progress
- Liaise and communicate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Manage procurement processes and monitor delivery schedules
- Assist with compliance and quality assurance documentation
- Ensure timely distribution of project information across teams
- Support invoice processing and cost tracking as required
Requirements
- Previous experience in a project administration or similar role, ideally within construction or engineering sectors
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Positive attitude, proactive, and willing to learn
- Knowledge of construction project management software is a plus
